What is OTPWave?
OTPWave gives you temporary virtual phone numbers to receive SMS verification codes, plus number rentals and disposable email inboxes — all pay-as-you-go.
Can I buy virtual numbers in Nigeria?
Yes. OTPWave is available in Nigeria — you fund a wallet in Naira (₦) by card, bank transfer or crypto, then buy virtual numbers to receive SMS verification codes. You can also top up in Naira and pay per number, with automatic refunds if a code doesn't arrive.
How much do virtual numbers cost in Naira?
Pricing is pay-as-you-go and shown in Naira before you confirm. The exact price varies by country, service and operator delivery rate, and there's no subscription or minimum. Numbers that don't deliver a code are refunded automatically, so you only pay for numbers that work.
Can I receive WhatsApp or Telegram codes with a virtual number?
You can receive SMS verification codes for services like WhatsApp and Telegram on numbers from many countries. Availability for a specific service and country depends on live provider stock, and acceptance is never guaranteed — the buy screen shows real-time availability and each operator's delivery rate so you can choose a reliable one.
How fast do I get the code?
The number is assigned instantly and the incoming code appears on screen automatically, usually within seconds of the service sending it.
What if no code arrives?
If a number expires without receiving the code, you're refunded automatically to your wallet — you only pay for numbers that actually deliver.
How do I pay?
You fund a wallet in Naira by card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency, then spend from that balance. There's no subscription and no minimum.
Can I reuse a number?
Temporary numbers are for a single verification. If you need to receive several messages over time, use a rental instead.
Is this allowed?
OTPWave is for legitimate, privacy-conscious verification. Using it to impersonate others, evade bans, or break a service's terms is not permitted — see our Acceptable Use Policy.
Do you offer an API?
Yes. You can buy numbers and read codes programmatically — see the developer overview.
